Marketing, Communication and Events

Organising a corporate event isn't your job. It's ours.

Venues, suppliers, set-up, timing, the unexpected. You look after your clients and your relationships. We take care of the rest.

Conventions, launches, anniversaries and company parties. Turin, Piedmont and Lombardy.

Who's behind it

I'm Sara Kobba, founder of EMIRA.

I'm a corporate planner: I take a communication goal and make it happen in a room, on a set day, on a set budget.

Before the event you have a written plan, confirmed suppliers and a single point of contact. On the day you have one number to call, and it's mine. That's not an organisational detail: it's the difference between looking after your guests and chasing the caterer.

Why we exist

A full room isn't an event.

The real risk isn't that something goes wrong. It's that everything goes smoothly and by Monday morning nobody remembers why they were there. But even before the evening comes, a corporate event almost always dies in one of these three ways.

  1. 01

    Doing it in-house

Marketing or HR turn into event planners overnight. Three weeks on the phone, the real work on hold, and on the day nobody to hand the problems to. The cost isn't on the invoice: it's in the hours nobody puts in the budget.

  2. 02

Handing it to the wrong people

Whoever quotes the lowest price is often learning on your event. You find out when the audio cuts out in front of your guests. And at that point it's your reputation on the line, not theirs.

  3. 03

    Juggling endless suppliers

Catering, audio, lighting, hostesses, rentals. Each with its own contract, its own timing, its own problems. They've never worked together and nobody answers for the others: the only place they meet is you.

That's why EMIRA doesn't sell packages. It sells direction: one point of contact who chooses the suppliers, coordinates them and answers for them. Before, during and after the event.

Services

What we bring

Four blocks. Take all four, or slot them around what your team already does well.

Concept

Idea and message

Message first, then theme. We define what guests should walk away remembering and build the format around it: running order, content, moments worth photographing.

Production

Venue and suppliers

Scouting, site visits, negotiation, contracts. Catering, audio, lighting, hostesses, security, rentals. One point of contact who answers to you, not fifteen numbers in your phone.

Staging

Your brand in the space

Your brand where it's needed and how it's needed: welcome area, photo area, backdrop, LED walls, signage, materials. Consistent with your corporate identity, not with a trade-fair template.

Direction

On the day

Set-up, rehearsals, a minute-by-minute run sheet, managing timings and the unexpected. On the day you do one thing only: be with your guests.

Marketing and social

Sold out in the room. Everywhere on social.

Two legs, equal weight: we bring the people to your event, and then we show it to everyone who wasn't there.

Marketing

A queue out the door

An opening with a half-empty room is damage, not an event. We handle the promotion, and there's only one goal: sold out, with people talking about it before the doors even open.

  • Targeted campaigns and invitations
  • Registrations and waiting lists
  • One goal: a full house

Social

Your event, seen by everyone

Our dedicated content team builds anticipation in the weeks before, and on the day they're in the room: engaging guests, interviewing them, capturing the moments that matter.

  • Content that promotes the event beforehand
  • Formats designed for the evening, built to go viral the next day
  • Crew in the room: quizzes and questions for guests
  • On-the-spot testimonials, ready for social

Company parties · December 2026

The year-end party is decided now

Book in September and you lock in the date and the right supplier. Wait until November and you choose from what's left.

The year-end party isn't a dinner organised by the office. It's the one evening when employees, collaborators and partners are in the same room, with no agenda. What happens in that room tells the story of the year, and hints at the next one.

The most common risk is the recycled format: same venue as last year, same catering, a speech from the owner, everyone home by eleven. It works as a reminder that the event happened. It doesn't work as a reason to remember it.

We treat it like every event we run: a communication goal, a concept that translates it, and direction that holds it together from the first toast to the last taxi.

FamilyDay

Your child knows you go to work. They've never seen where, or who with.

For your people

They get to show it

For once they don't have to explain over dinner what they do all day. They bring the family to their desk and show them.

For the family

Faces to the names

The colleague, the boss, the department they've heard about for years become real people, with a handshake.

For the company

A group, then a team

People stay where they feel part of something. And a family that knows the company speaks well of it at the dinner table.

The day · 27 seconds

Today work runs through calls, chats and artificial intelligence. You know your colleague from a profile picture, your manager from a box on a video call. The more digital work becomes, the more a day spent face to face is worth.

A FamilyDay opens the company's doors to families: children, partners and parents see the departments, the desk, the machines, and meet the people their loved one works with.

It isn't a kids' party with a logo on it. It's internal communication, and we treat it like every event we run: a goal, a running order, a director.

  • Welcome and company tour, with hard hats and vests for anyone entering the departments
  • Workshops, entertainment and characters for the children. In December, Father Christmas comes too
  • Aperitivo or lunch, with colleagues and families at the same table
  • Photos and video of the day, ready for social media and internal communication

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

If yours isn't here, put it in the form: we'll answer that one.

What kind of corporate events do you organise?

Conventions and kick-offs, product launches, company anniversaries and open days, gala dinners and client evenings, incentives and team building, year-end parties. B2B formats, with a communication goal behind them.

How far ahead should we start?

There's no fixed threshold: some people write to us six months ahead, others a month before the date. The earlier you start, the more choice there is on venues and suppliers. If the date is close, write to us anyway: we'll tell you straight away whether it's doable.

Do you also take care of the venue?

Yes. Scouting, site visit, negotiation and contract. If you already have a venue of your own or of your group, we start from there and build the format on top of it.

How much does a corporate event cost?

It depends on two things: how many guests and what format. In a twenty-minute call we gather them and give you the real range, before any written quote.

Which areas do you cover?

Most of our work is between Piedmont and Lombardy, but we also run events outside the region. Wherever the event is, we do the site visit before confirming.

Who runs the event on the day?

A single on-site lead, with the minute-by-minute running order and direct contact with every supplier. You and your team don't have to coordinate anyone.

Do you also fill the event and handle the social content?

Yes. We handle the promotion before the event: campaigns, invitations and registrations, aiming for a sell-out. And our content team shoots material before and during the evening, engages the guests and gathers testimonials to post on social.

When should we start organising the year-end party?

September and October are when the best venues and suppliers get booked. It's not our limit: it's when everyone books them, including people who don't work with us. If you write to us in November, we'll still work with what's left.

The first step
